DEFINITIONS

 Policies: statements to support action that have had Board approval through the motion process and must be followed until formally revised

Procedures: statements that reflect current practices of the Board of Directors and the World Service Office and groups.  Statements are not binding.

Guidelines: statements that suggest action to be considered by those concerned. Statements are not binding.
