Changing ourselves is fraught with many obstacles. Among them are ingrained attitudes, built up over a lifetime. In the first part of this publication, we assess our attitudes: where they come from and where they are leading us; which are keeping us stuck in our old ways; which are hurting (rather than helping) us and our loved ones. The second part presents a roadmap for changing ourselves by changing those attitudes that are getting in our way. It takes us beyond just the idea of change (“talking the talk”) and to a place where we experience actual change (“walking the walk”).
